Hailing from a humble Agricultural Famiy, Mr. Venugopal is a first generation entrepreneur starting his journey through the automobile, pharmacy and beverage industries. As his children came of age, Mr. Venugopal inculcated the entrepreneurial spirit through supporting them in the formation of Nayak Developers, a partnership between a father and son(s). After their inception in 2013, their shared vision and unrelenting drive became the cornerstone of Nayak Developers.

Through Mr. Venugopal’s founding principals of “Customer first & Customer trust”, Nayak Developers is a name brand associated with 100% legal proceedings, transparency and dependency.

While still at the helm of operations and Nayak Developers, Mr. Venugopal shares an innate love for agriculture travel and continuously endeavours to better business offerings and services at Nayak Developers.

Kiran Raj

CEO

As a young entrepreneur, Mr. Kiran started his first venture whilst in college at a young 18 years of age. He then joined the family business at the age of 22, with a genuine interest in the real estate industry and a unyielding passion to better the real business, Mr. Kiran oversees all part of the business, from day-to-day internal office affairs to meeting with customers and delivering properties in person.

A proper Bangalore boy and an ardent traveller, Mr. Kiran uses his international exposure to bring in standardised processes and business strategies to help represent and catapult Nayak Developers as authority on plotted developments and properties across Karnataka

In his spare time, Mr. Kiran is a devout fitness enthusiast with a penchant for fine horology and watch-keeping

Gowtham Nayak

Managing Director

A true business man, Mr. Gautham was 20 when he joined the family business with his father Venugopal Nayak at ripe 20 years of age. Mr. Gautham, along with his father conceptualised and founded Nayak Developers in 2013 and over-sees finance, legalities and land acquisition.

Noteably, Mr. Gautham was instrumental in the smooth sailing of Nayak Developers’ performance through the covid-19 years that has garnered praise and appreciation from his peers and customers.

Mr. Gautham is an advocate of fine cuisine, with a keen eye for sartorial brands and a quintessential globe-trotter.
